Can I cancel my order?

We understand however once your order is placed you will have a 12 hour window after purchase to cancel your order free of charge.

Please contact our customer support team within 12 hours of placing your order to cancel.

I made a mistake. Can I exchange my order?

No dramas. Just email us at support@balom.shop within 12 hours of placing your order and we’ll do our best to catch it in time.

What is the shipping policy?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.

How do I know my order is confirmed?

As soon as your order’s placed, you’ll get a confirmation email from us. If you don’t see it, check your spam or junk folders (sometimes it hides in there).
