Acceptance

By placing an order on this website, you accept and agree to abide by all of these terms and conditions.

Prices

All prices are quoted in dollars and include VAT at the current exchange rate. In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed for the product listed at the incorrect price, regardless of whether you have received an order confirmation email or whether your credit/debit card has been charged.

Orders

We will confirm your order by email after you have placed your order, however, receipt of an order confirmation email does not constitute our acceptance of that order. Our acceptance of an order will only be confirmed after we have sent you an email to confirm delivery of the product to you. A contract with us will only be formed when you receive an email from us confirming the dispatch of your order and that contract will only relate to the products included in the dispatch confirmation email.

We reserve the right to cancel an order at any time, including cancelling acceptance of the order and cancelling the order afterwards, even if we have received the order confirmation email or your credit/debit card has been charged. We also reserve the right to refuse service to any customer without prior notice. In the event that we cancel an order after your credit/debit card has been charged, we will refund the amount to the same card.

Delivery

The delivery times stated above are estimates only, but we aim to dispatch the order within the times stated above. If an order is required by a specific date, please specify this in the order notes at the checkout stage. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that all contact details, including the delivery address, are correct and that the customer is able to take delivery of the goods at the address provided. Orders returned to us due to the customer being unable to take delivery of the goods at the address provided will incur additional delivery charges at the customer's expense.

Please ensure that the correct delivery address is provided when placing your order. Orders paid for via Stripe or credit/debit card can only be delivered to the confirmed address provided by us at the time of order.

Order Modifications & Cancellations

By placing a confirmed order, the customer accepts that the order is complete. We will endeavour to accommodate requests to change or cancel orders, but cannot guarantee that this will be possible. Requests to change or cancel orders must be sent to us via email as soon as possible. We are unable to change or amend orders placed for next day delivery – these orders will be put into production as soon as we receive them to ensure on-time delivery.

Any cancellation requests from customers will be subject to a fee, as we may have prepared artwork, ordered inventory that we do not hold, or rearranged our production lines. Please note that a minimum fee of 10% of the total value of the customer’s order will apply.

Limitation of Liability

Production Delays: The Company is not responsible for delays caused by natural disasters, supply chain issues, or other factors beyond its control.

Limitation of Liability: The Company’s total liability is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the order.

Privacy and Data Protection

Data Collection: The Company collects personal information to process orders, including name, address, and contact information.

Use of Data: Personal Data is only used for order processing, customer service and marketing (with the customer's consent).

Dispute Resolution and Applicable Law

Dispute Resolution: Any dispute shall first be resolved through mediation and if not resolved, shall be resolved by arbitration in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction.

Applicable Law: These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Chennai Jurisdiction.

Changes to Terms and Conditions

The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. The updated terms will be made available on the Company's website.
